Description of incident (inc date & time): I was driving on the correct side of the road, when cmd_ was in the middle of a police chase and he was wrong siding and he caused an accident. Actually he crashed my car without touch a brake pedal. After this, he just drove away without apologize.

I've also looked at a replay, and it's clear this user was intent on getting away and completely disregarding other users in the process. As they are new, they shall receive a warning about apologising for crashes and general driving standards.
