Description of incident (inc date & time): If he really tabbed out of his game, why would he keep adjusting his steering / lining up his car or apply full brake then remove it and apply it again? He had plenty of room to avoid crashing into my rear.

Pretty clear it was on purpose. But what he said:

Hello,

It does appear to me he removed it on purpose as you can see small steering corrections and pedal actions the whole time until impact.

This user does not have a large history by any means so a warning will suffice.
