I deserve a unban for the following reasons:

Chucknorris Banned me for no reason : Under This

I asked him cause he can acces to the data from the server , if he can transfer my stats from old account to new account:

First , i went to Chuckland , his server , he kicked me and putted pass on his server.

Second , he did come to Server , and he told me to stop bothering him , i just did what admins did say.

Third he told me : Frozen - i will take care of it but not now
And he started cruising with virgie , and he said he didn't had time.

I got banned just for ask and do what admins did say.

I hope this solves ,People on server saw all the actions from Chuck.
I will upload an video when i have it in some minutes.

That would be because Chuck issued the ban and used the server command instead of the insim command.

Right.

Firstly, Chuckland is Chuck's private dev/test server. Chuck was busy on there trying to fix some issues with the InSim. You have no right or reason to be on that server and Chuck has every right to deny you - or anyone else who shouldn't be there - access.

Secondly, Chuck was still dealing with the InSim after he'd joined the main server.

I'll first point out that by transferring your stats, Chuck would be doing you a favour. There's no reason why he should do it at all other than as a kindness.

Despite this, you were constantly nagging - even after Chuck told you that he'd deal with it in his own time.

TBH, that kind of attitude does not put people into the right mind to do you any favours. You only need ask once. If it doesn't get done in a day or two then sure, ask again, but asking no fewer than 8 times in less than an hour and not stopping when asked is rude and annoying.

I'm not surprised you got banned and IMO you deserved it. Think of it as a little life lesson - please do yourself a favour and learn from it.

Your ban will automatically expire in a little over 6 hours.
