I'd like to appeal this 30 day ban, as I feel it was unfairly distributed based on the events that took place leading up to the ban.
To open my case, I'd like you to look at the replay in first person (from yung baboloni's car) to see what I saw in this situation. I was confused to what was happening as you will see from just watching the replay, (watch up until I get kicked)
Once you have watched that, go ahead and watch the same thing from [COP] Ponczek's perspective (in 3rd person).
http://prntscr.com/bkxgiw if you look here, you can see at the time, I'm actually in front of the person he's chasing, and he overtakes me. At this point in time you also see that the cop who was chasing, was at least 12 car lengths back, and I cant hear his sirens over my own car (they were very quiet, nearly inaudible).

but I am obviously very focused on the car directly in front of me, and please bare in mind that the cop is still quite a few car lengths behind.
I could understand if I was impeding the cop's progress and I was so very clearly in the way, but I was far enough away for it to not make any difference (this does not mean that I saw him, just remember that).
If you pick up the chase from the replay @2:17:13 (3rd person perspective from the cop) and pay attention to the chat as well, you will see that I stay quite some distance away from the officer for quite some time.
The cop then says
"STOP"...
"FOLLOWING"
(I wasnt paying attention to the chat at the time, as again, my focus was directed to the car in front, and the message was not directed towards me, so it was impossible for me to have any idea that any of those message [and the ones following] were directed at me)
[TC] Drizzle sends out two messages to get out of the way, but again, did not direct them at me
Then the cop send out one of those messages too, (at this point) http://prntscr.com/bkxlap
Continue watching at 2:17:30, and you see that after the message has been sent out, I am no longer in the way within the next 5 seconds (due to the suspect braking hard in the middle of the road).
So you see that this is no longer a problem, the situation has cleared, but it is what happens next that is what aggravated me.
I continue driving at the speed limit, and on the next corner, the guy being chased pushes me off the road, and question why he did that, and this is when I noticed the cop behind us.
I felt as if there was no reason for a kick, it could of been a simple "Look out for sirens and make sure that you're always looking around you when driving" rather than a straight up kick. I would simply apologized straight away and continued to follow my friend in front. (Myro)

I return to the server very aggravated (as the moment right before I got kicked was my first time seeing the cop car), and questioned why I got kicked
I said
"Kicked by a potato (
??????"
"Why did you kick me df"
I take the blame for the petty incident of me calling the admin a potato, but in my eyes it was even more petty for him to ban me for that.
Realistically, if you can see this in my shoes, if I'm already extremely frustrated, dont you think calling somebody a potato is the most casual thing you could do?
It's the furthest thing from an insult, so I REALLY dont see why he felt any need to ban me for those two things.
