"POLICE" needs to be on all sides and this looks far too much like a tow skin.
It might be best to start from the beginning to ensure you can conform to the cop skin rules.
I'm not the one who made it and personally this is exactly what my states cop skins look like so I'm not making him change it with POLICE looking on all sides.
The skin in this thread has been denied approval and may not be used on the servers until a subsequent request is approved!
The other problem is the fact it looks like a tow skin. It is not suitable for use. If you are not willing to change it, we can not proceed.
