Description of incident (inc date & time):
I was not personaly involved in this case. I was watching Tartarus COP while he was in chase and he was ramming his suspect hard. I asked him "why?" - he said it was an accident (picture). I watched him yesterday, he did the same thing. He is new as a COP (21hrs as a COP).

14:30:00 - slightly dodgy
14:55:00 - not really too concerning
15:08:00 - again, dodgy
15:39:00 - simply unacceptable. Didn't mention any word of an apology until you started speaking to him.

User received a confirmable warning. He has a clean copping history.

Action has been taken as described.
