Just going oob while in a chase. HE failed to listen to me, and to do either SHIFT P or going back to me.
He failed to apologise too.

Hello,

I've reviewed the replay and will give the user a confirm-able warning about breaching rule 3.4 (OOB in chase).

He has a clean history so no other action should need to be taken at this stage.
