Main reason(s): Ramming, wrongsiding too much, causing accidents

Replay timestamps:
1:42:55 - starts to ram several times for around 30 seconds, gets told not to ram
1:44:27 - ram
1:45:17 - wrongways into traffic, close call
1:46:30 - wrongways into traffic, heavy crash
1:47:50 - wrongways into traffic, close calls
1:48:02 - wrongways into traffic, close call, gets told to keep right
1:48:45 - wrongways into traffic, close call
1:50:20 - several rams

After the chase he does not understand at all what he did wrong, so maybe any kind of action will make him read the rules again.

Rule 3.10 Wrote:You are permitted to use minor force/physical contact to evade arrest, but no more than the force cops are permitted to use on you. See 5.4.
Rule 5.4 Wrote:Any force used must be calculated and tactical. The direct impact of intentional contact should cause very minor or ideally no damage to either car. Ramming is forbidden.

It is evident that Marcky's hits on you contravene Rule 3.10, as it seems the hits were nothing more than to cause damage to the police vehicle.



Rule 3.2 Wrote:Try as much as possible to stay on the correct side of the road.
Being in a chase is no excuse for hitting other cars, and will be treated like ramming.

If one really must wrongside in a chase, it is imperative that the map must be checked to ensure that there is no oncoming traffic. If he had done so, his collision at 1:46:30 would have been easily avoidable.



Marcky will receive a 2 day ban as a result of his actions, thanks for the report.
