Description of incident (inc date & time): I was driving around the RB safely, then I see someone pulling into the RB while braking, so I trust him to wait for me to pass. I also do notice he is looking into my direction when i'm about to pass. He then, takes the bright idea to speed up and get into the RB only when I am directly in front of him.
