Main reason(s): Parked in the middle of the street while i was in a chase, Thought he was just sitting there but after watching replay I saw he was stuck, (still think he could have moved by actually trying and if he stopped role playing as if he was actually stuck). Rammed me a minute after basically told me to "Stop crying" exact words being "just stop cry instead".

Description of incident (inc date & time): 10/3/16

For me, it looks like he actually wanted to get stuck at the speedbump. He steered into another user, while trying to "get over the speedbump" and failed to apologize for hitting him. After that, he failed to move for siren and caused you to crash. And after the incident, he had a really poor attitude, and then slightly nudged you, which was intentional.

He will receive ban for his actions.
