While I was parked monitoring traffic at the lights, tisty pulls up beside me and asks me to chase him for free, after I say no, both him and anders17j start to ram and block me to try to get me to chase them I assume, even after I inform them it's against the rules.

Thanks for the report. Considering these users are fairly new, i've given them the benefit of the doubt and issued a confirm-able warning rather than a ban. However, this is with the clear proviso that this isn't tolerated and re-occurrence will result in further action.
