I understand these are 2 small nudges, but the fact he wouldn't even touch his sorry bind and just straight up refused to apologize afterward made me do the report. I normally don't bother but this isn't uncommon from him.
If you look around 1:28:21, he basically waits to get behind me which makes me doubt any of it was accidental.
