I remember seeing him around on LFS Forum. Can't say I ever spoke to him, but it's absolutely terrible none-the-less, especially considering how it happened.

Joe was an RL friend of ex-[GLOW] U17CC. He played on CG, AMG, SR & FM quite a bit. I knew of him but didn't know him personally.
