Description of incident (inc date & time): I went into an overtake before the RB, which happens and it happened cleanly before RB, though I let off the throttle to keep within the speedlimit (And to sip my tasty energy drink) in which he tried spinning me once, without success then lag hit me quite hard which crippled my steering somewhat.
This kind of player is just awful, he's already been told off for ramming today and Restricted to UF1, he clearly doesn't learn.
