Hit my car, went away without saying sorry like nothing happen, then saying that I brake in front of him when I didn't as the replay shown.

Ganji should've apologized for the hit on his own but instead chose to try and blame you and make more of an issue out of it than it ever needed to be, he'll receive a confirmable warning.
