Description of incident (inc date & time): I just came in the server, and noticed ST-R_E85 taking the wrong side on the roundabout, I was going to give him a warning for that, since it's early in the morning ( for me ) and nobody was near, so he didn't cause any harm to others.

Like 20 seconds into the chase, ST-R_E85 crashes into a parked vehicle, which was illegally parked, but could've easily been avoided, due to the crash, his car was facing the wrong way, and he continued driving the wrong way, instantly taking out another player, he continued his way to the pit after, to fix his vehicle, at the pit, I gave him a fine.

When I gave him the fine, he instantly started complaining that he didn't cause an accident, which I gave him a fine for, which I find quite funny, because his car was so smashed that the first thing he thought of was fixing his car during the chase, he started to act a bit childish after, provoking me several times, WWing, etc, the replay shows it all.
How could I have lied about the crash when the guy on blocking that part of the grass even said sorry it was his fault when he wasn't allowed to park there
You also caused a second collision..

There for I can not download it, I need the decryption key.
I will leave this open for another day to give me a correct link. If not I shall archive this.
