Description of incident (inc date & time): He cuts the corner partially, and hitting my back end resulting in me spinning and getting crashed. However he didn't apologies or respond to me when I tried contacting him

Mikke was slightly over the center line when the crash happened, but your trajectory and speed would probably have caused the same issue had he gone a tad slower. The incident is so minor that I won't do anything about it.
