Description of incident (inc date & time): Today at 13:50 UTC+2
He drove wrong way the whole time of the replay and didn't want to say sorry. He made also other crashes and did not say sorry. I talked to him a bit later, he sent me this replay link and said "report me" with no excuses...

User Has Now Been Banned For System Abuse

Thanks, i've added a note to his record so that we'll take this report into consideration if he ever asks for an account reset (as Mystic mentions, he is currently on an auto-permanent ban due to money abuse).
