● Description of incident (inc date & time) 09/04/2017 19:00 UK time:
39:47 : Chase started off due to overtaking at wrongside
39:52 : Spotted theres traffic ahead, at 39:53 already trying to brake
39:54 : A car reversed and closed off the road, still applying full brake to avoid the accident. With lag, flipped me over.


I think I should only being fined by $75 (Wrongsiding - Medium Fine), but not $300 (Causing Accident - High Fine).

After checking the replay from both Angel's view and yours I think the fine is still valid, Angel had crashed and you were going way too fast to slow down in time. I think the fine amount was a bit steep though, for that I'll make a note on his URS in case he fines like this again.
