Description of incident (inc date & time): At 4:47:20, you can watch as Panda (UF1) decides to start his car right as Botos enters the pit stop area, making me feel like they have connections. Panda goes into a pitstop (in my head tells his friend to get him on the roof), Botos backs up perfectly to align with Panda and Botos then "recovers" Panda's car. Panda then, magically pops up onto the roof of the pitstop.

Is it illegal?

In my opinion there's no mal-intent here. Botos has used a MED command when he didn't need to, but in this case, especially since Botos has history of misusing MED rights.

I will not take any formal action here, but in future, please do not misuse the commands when you do not need to.
