Description of incident (09.04.2017 - 10:28 UTC):
Was clearly visible to him even with the worst graphicsettings. Disrespectful to not refund anything even if it was an "accident" which i highly doubt. Simple "sorry" seems to solve everything nowadays, while suspects lose trip, lose chase, and get highfined for bs-reasons on top.
His general behaviour/skill isnt really suited to cop safely. Feel free to fast forward the next five minutes (until dc at 1:33:17) to judge his driving plus an incident at 1:32:21.

Clearly, Viklatz was not paying attention to the road when you were coming towards him. However, it did look like he turned onto the wrongside, possibly to try and help the COP chasing you.

Although a sorry might not suffice for deliberate ramming, Barney you know full well that a refund is not compulsory but encouraged, two very different things. To keep going on demanding payment does not really solve the issue here.

Nevertheless, Viklatz will be banned for 3 days for his actions. He will also receive a COP warning as clearly his driving is not up to standard and if he keeps this up, he'll lose his COP rights as well.
