Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (02.07) about 15:15 UTC+1. Reported user had no intention of slowing down for sirens, overtook chase with full throttle. Before he done it I warned him 3 times using my bind, he still ignored it. Later I was also using !move on him, all the time didn't work. Not so long ago I reported him for the same reason, if I'm not mistaken he recieved warning for it. I was talking to him from 24:50, however he was saying lies, such as he didn't saw my warnings or that he couldn't stop.
