Description of incident (inc date & time): Time to enforce rule 3.8 I guess, the user spent about 5 minutes repeating the same thing over and over again, rules clearly says you must not argue with a COP which is contrary to what he did, making the chat somewhat unreadable... UTC +1 - 7/29/2017

Yeah, I was online at that moment (undercover) but didn't realise he was talking about it for that long as I was in a chase myself. Will give him a warning just to be sure he doesn't argue about it on the server. He was also threatening with a report: "fine me and I report you". Definitely some other ways to solve problems like this.
