Description of incident (inc date & time): I am unsure of the context of his wording "Lets go you down syndrome piece of shit" however even if it is banter between friends his language is highly offensive to:
A: people who have down syndrome
B: people who know people with down syndrome.
I believe with what he said in this message he has broken rule 1.7
more under the Offensive language section of rule 1.7.
P.S: He also holds the reply of "I'm drunk" however being drunk is NO excuse for actions and if you are aware being drunk can influence your attitude in ways that can break rules then it doesn't take a lot to realise "If I can break rules by being drunk... I maybe shouldn't get drunk!"
