The user did indeed cause contact with your vehicle, he should have apologized for causing that accident. User will receive a confirmable in-game warning to apologize when he causes an accident.

The crash occurred due to the users ignorance of sirens, Han should have known better to stay away from the chase rather than follow at a very close distance. The user will receive a confirmable in-game warning for following and interfering with sirens.
