No it's not. The bit that is already available (private sales) is just the smaller part of the update. The big chunk is still to come.

Will there be the function of automatic dealer sales in the future, whereby the transfer of money and cars is automatically done when someone purchases a car, as opposed to having to be online and do both manually?
