5:15:00 he stop in middle of road after 2 sec i crash (i didn't realize 2 fast)
after while i ask him he just go and act like he afking then i ask agin he didn't answer

He was returning to the Autobahn with a damaged car. He wasn't AFK or stopped, just rolling slowly for a moment. You said it yourself, you didn't realise because you were going too fast. Pay attention and this will not happen. You had enough space and time to avoid him. Not taking this any further because it's quite simply a waste of my time.

Think about the situation before you just jump straight to reporting please.
