Sorry for the long wait,
You skin doesn't really come across as a COP skin imo, for example the back needs improving (chevrons adding) and the sides of the car don't really make sense either, you need a more consistent pattern that's more noticeable as a cop skin, at the minute as it is, the skin would not be allowed in TC servers.
