Description of incident (inc date & time): I did talk with him in channel( with turkish words) I said him, what are you doing ? and why you didn't slow down for siren/chases? and he just said ' I don't know', so he didn't give me a positive answer, already in the past he got warning for like this mistakes. but still he kept doing it.

Please try to talk to them in English when talking to them about server rules, so that if a report is necessary we can understand that you've tried to resolve it yourself much easier.

However, this was pure negligence rather than a "mistake" here. mtechknght will be banned for 7 days for ramming, negligent driving and interfering with a chase.
