It's more to the cars that are sold straight to market and cycle within the market, not ones who list "up for sale contact player".
It's in reference to all the CS:GO skin trading scams.

The point of CityDriving is to stay at the speedlimits to make money and obey the rules. Therefore it's called CityDriving and not "Race around a citylike track".
If you are not able to make money that's not our issue.
Honestly dont understand how people are able to get money banned either in all honesty.
Constrain yourself for a while to make money, how hard can it be?
