SUBMITTING A REFUND REQUEST
Before you post a refund request, we ask that you read the following information.
✖ YOU CANNOT MAKE A REFUND REQUEST WHEN:
- You receive a swearing fine due to negligence (e.g. blindly using the in-game translator, swearing in public by mistake, selecting someone's nickname which blatantly has swearing in it),
- You receive a spam fine,
- You lose your trip. Administrators are physically unable to refund trips,
- You lose a chase (as a cop) due to your suspect playing unfairly. If a rule was broken, a subsequent report should be filed here if it wasn't already dealt with,
- You lose a chase due to just "one of those things" (natural occurrences).
✔ YOU CAN MAKE A REFUND REQUEST WHEN:
- You lose wealth due to technical difficulties
- You were issued an invalid traffic fine which the offending [COP] failed to refund themselves,
- You receive a swearing fine due to a genuine typo (provided it doesn't happen too often) or when you simply did not swear (i.e. invalid swearing fine from an admin).
Please:
- Include all the relevant evidence.
- Ensure your request is written accurately whilst maintaining relevance to the incident. Make it easy for the [TC] Member who has to deal with it!
- Include the following information into your request:

- Their LFS Username (if applicable - the person who took your money):
- Time & Date of Incident
- Replay / Screenshot Link:
- Replay Timestamps:
- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
