- very close call but no one touched cars and cop fine me for false accident

( the admin was afk when I ask him I got no response so I upload it )

Resolved in game, User agreed to refund... Wangan did ask to see the replay themselves to solve this quicker, in future, try and resolve issues yourself BAD before bringing it here.
