Date of Incident: 23/11/2018
Time of Incident: ~17:30 (GMT+0100)

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
19:11 - 20:53 -> constantly wrong-way.
20:53 -> crash with me @Highway 1, him on wrong-way, any apologise and any other answer than ":D", and when I asked him what happened, he only replied "I maybe accidentally took the wrong side Biggrin" (at 21:55).
28:05 -> wrong-way @Pitlane 1, crashed a player, didn't apologize (he did the same with Osku and Kisgsan69 earlier).
