Adding Plate covers as a item you can buy blocking your plate from being read by cops using ANPR-Cameras. That means cops cant see that you are wanted when using plate cover.

Since its so OP is should probably be an item you buy for one time use. (Then you need to buy a new one for another use)

If a cop stops someone using plate cover they should probably be able to fine them for it too.

This. It's possible to go way too far. If this was added, someone would suggest !removecover or something. There has to be a limit somewhere lol.
