- Case: I was chilly cruising with Swift, until i see him braking ahead of me. I brake as i don't know what is going on to make sure no crash will happen. All of a sudden i get hit behind & i lose control due to the hit. In the result of losing control i hit one of the oncoming cars. After that racerss decides to come fine me for causing accident. I see this wrong as i couldn't really do anything to avoid this crash after the hit.

Even though you should have attempted to brake, the secondary collision would have been avoided if you was not originally send out of control when being rear ended.
