- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:

I was driving at main street, at the speed limit (100kmh).
The cop was driving way slower for no apparent reasons.
I saw the speed difference a bit late (here im faulty), I slammed brakes but a bit late too.
My car slightly touched its car, it wasnt my intention so I apologized right after,
Insim didnt even saw this has an accident, no !sorry or !report HUD appears. (See the screen capture).
He started a chase and fined me 200€ for causing an accident.
He argued that he was turnin left but he never used any turn signals neither braking.

So from a Insim point of view, it was not an accident, just a tiny touch, and he was not turning left (confusing other drivers).
