20:49 Failed to give way to [KÚP]Joe[COP]
21:10 Slow down to prevent him from following/passing chase
21:21 issued bind "SIREN means MOVE. Do not interfere /overtake/follow" yet failed to comply
21:25 i Start to slow down due to suspect action and user crashed into the back of my car due to him following the chase
21:38 decided to go the wrong way against traffic to try to block me to bust the suspect
22:04-24:00 I tried to Talk to the user yet Got no response from him
