When i translated what he said i got a fine for swearing. Also, I kindly ask it be removed from my URS, I didn't know he is insulting at all just after translating what he said:

The user has been fined and has received a confirmable warning reminding them that swearing is not allowed here, as well as that they must speak English in the public chat at all times.

Unfortunately, your fine (and subsequent URS entry) will not be reversed. As a general rule, I recommend that you don't !t something that someone else has said in any situation, otherwise we end up with situations like this..
