Hi.
suggestion is :
if you steal more than 50(25 maybe) times in 24hours from other players(or bank).
you get "promoted" to ROBBER.
(its a surprsingly small numbers of cars inactive long enough to even steal so this aint gonna be easy)
this status also rises your "risk at being caught by police" by x points.
meaning you are now higher priority to cops than a normal civillian.
cops can also fine you higher fines when having this status.
status could be "ACTIVE" for like 24 hours(48 total) so you really need to work your ass off to get the many robberies going on. but you also dont get easy off in the other end as you have to wait untill it expires to be normal civillian again.
this could be lowered faster by simply driving by limits and cause no crashes forexample(which also would teach people to better care for caution signs and other obsticles as you loose your lower status if hitting someone and have to restart).it would also give more respect(maybe) for others crashed on the road,which is often seen totally respectlessly rammed into,at times without even touching the brake.because you dont want to loose that lowered time frame.(this would require new system to crashes.you get !sorry option even when hit from behind as it is now.if this could be changed to be directional,that could work with front and rear so you avoid getting !sorry when hit from behind(not in reverse gear)but you do when hit from a side or front.(could perhaps also reduce brake checking some).

then time limit lowers till you again can be the normal civillian.
if you rob within the time frame again.
you get additional 24 hours from that robbery untill expires ?
which is exactly the number of hours i suspect the hopefully soon coming 24 day/night cycle system comes.
