he started a chase, I stopped just before 45s (but not him), so he fined me for 300 I did not refuse to stop, since I stopped (certainly late)
no words, no politness, he just grab the money.

Btw sooner this day I saw the same cop overspeeding a lot on the ring as a cop while not in chase. But didnt have the replay

You had plenty of time to stop before 45s but chose not to, therefore this fine is valid and you will not be refunded.
