Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
8:30 - Foreign text in chat, translation isn't pleasing;
10:02 - Unpleasing reponse from makushin;
11:43 - Ramming;
13:50 - Insulting foreign text in chat;
14:48 - Foreign text in chat, [...];

It seems using a Russian police car skin is a crime.
I do not believe such toxic behaviour should be displayed in regard of a simple jpeg skinfile.
Regarding the chatlogs I hope those behaviours weren't triggered by my nationality.

Correct. He was also avoiding the swearfilter while doing so.

Not much to mention about this part. It was just a light push, and you pushed him first. So I'll disregard this timestamp.

Summing it all up, they were clearly showing an inappropiate behavior which is not tolerated in our servers.

Therefore:

bellko has been fined €1.000 for avoiding the swear filter at timestamp 8:30
bellko has been fined €1.000 for avoiding the swear filter at timestamp 13:50
mkoe has been fined €1.000 for avoiding the swear filter at timestamp 14:48

Also, bellko and mkoe have both received a confirmable warning to remind them that such disrespectful behavior is not tolerated in our servers. They've been also been reminded to speak English in the public chat.
