- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
All the chase had touches and rams that broke my car, in the end I was barely able to brake or turn, in the end a PPL blocked my rear on purpose (interfering with the chase) and the fine was $ 699.

Unfortunately we don't refund fines for failure to stop. When you decide to try to escape from cop, you take a risk of being busted and fined.
