00:42:30 Following/chasing somebody without using siren/strobe, if he wasn't in a chase then he was speeding.
00:44:45 speeding, not in a chase either most likely.
00:47:00 lacks driving skills, certainly when copping
00:49:50 again lacks driving skills, and an attempt to ram his suspect.
00:53:00 again lack of driving skills while in chase.
00:59:20 lack of driving skills, most likely in chase but he didn't use strobe if he was, and some speeding if he wasn't in chase.
01:00:20 lack of driving skills in chase...
01:02:20 attempt to ram suspect...
01:05:35 starts chasing me, just watch this entire chase...
01:06:20 decides to pit me before it said ''failure to stop''
01:06:40 lack of driving skills once again...
01:07:30 attempt to ram
01:08:00 BIGGEST MISTAKE OF HIS LIFE, this made me certain to watch the whole replay and report him.

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) Mostly lack of driving skills, speeding when not in a chase, and ramming suspects/civilians.
