40:37 i was trying to overtake from right when Ege turned into me - or lagged, idk -, i was going forward without any actions.
41:20 Ege rammed me without braking.

I wonder why you excluded the timestamp where you ram another player deliberately and keep accelerating into them on purpose. See below:

He blocked your way, but you kept accelerating and crashing into him for quite a long time until you crashed him out of your way. You did not even bother braking at all.

This may be the reason as for why the other player 'Ege' rammed you, as a revenge for you doing the same towards another person. While revenge does not make things any better, it explains the context of the situation pretty well.

I believe you both failed with your actions. You should know pretty well by now that this kind of behavior is not tolerated, surely not when it's coming from a long-time player in our servers. On the other side, 'Ege' should know our rules by now and be aware that revenge-ramming is not tolerated at all.

This being said, herjoe and ekionpro will both receive a confirmable-warning to remind them that ramming/revenge-ramming is not tolerated in our servers.
