Date and timestamp: 30-06-2020 21;05 ish (dutch time)

I get rammed , as you can see in the replay, after the crash i ask "Anything to say'' and then i get accused of VOD or VOD modding whatever that is.
So his answer to the crash was "Go ahead report me and get banned for modding.
I only have LFS installed and not a single MOD or whatever.

Its a shame i saved the replay to fast so you cant see the conversation.
I am new to this reporting stuff, so if you need more information, please let me know.

As you can see on my replay, it plenty looks like you are using *VOB* modifications. As your ping is stable at 20's and mine at 70's

In this replay you can clearly see him driving into me and also the conversation after. instead of talking it out i get accused right away of modding.
With the lines "Go ahead report me'' and "Why are you using VOB mods''

First of all, you can see a problem on your mpr. MY driving isn't smoothly as it should be, and as it is on my MPR as you can clearly see i did a clean overtake. I said go ahead and report me as you already said ''You can see on report''. On my view it was more suspicious of vob modding as i didnt even touch you. You cant say i did ram you, i dont understand what happens on your replay. But you can tell i didn't touch you as i ''teleport'' after the incident which seems to be an lag spike or something else.

Thanks for attempting to talk to Hugo before reporting, JustRic.

Hugo, please don't encourage people to report you when it's not necessary. Be polite and explain the problem from your point of view, he was clearly hit off the road as you passed and that was his concern.

As for the replay in the OP & the one supplied by Hugo, they are not consistent with each other which pretty much puts it down to lag. I'm not sure who was lagging at the time of the overtake, but these things happen occasionally.
