Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 21:49 I was coming very fast when i missed the braking, i tried to overtake without making contact but as it seems the player steers into me in an attempt to block me, i didn't apologyse because i saw what he did and just drove off without questions, when he again try's to block/ram me, then he proceeds to insult me.
22:34 I asked him, he insults me again. He decided to laugh as i tried to tell him what he was doing was bannable. Then i politely asked him to apologyse for it.
24:30 I again ask him to apologyse for it and he ignores it.
