I was hoping to get WiFipad or iRemote installed as I've used them in the past, but it seemed they had disappeared. I searched for an alternative and found Touch Portal.
It seems to be designed for streamers, like a mobile 'Stream Deck', but has loads of features like setting button states, using IF statements to determine what it should do next.
Here's a short demo using the app to toggle on/off audible sirens using TCLights.
Here's an example of the logic you can use for a audible siren toggle on/off.

I'm using low-level key press as it seems to behave more reliably than a virtual key press.
There's probably loads more that you can do with it, I'm still only just starting to get my head around it, but if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask!
