ramming, not apologizing, and maybe abusing report system.

spec the faulty user at 3min57s
He ram my tiny car stopped for the red light, coming too fast.
He fail to apologize
At 4min08 he stop, maybe for reporting me or just waiting his friend 'Cenk.
My URS showed up a new report right after the incident, hope admin can see in game details and cancel the report if needed and possible.

cem.demir.35 has been banned for a week for ramming you and not saying sorry.

ghost_storme has also been banned for a week for abusing the !report system and also ramming another player out of the map.
