Since the update the GTRs are not just a RACE thing anymore, but can also be used for the normal road. Therefore, I would think it would be good if they (FXR, XRR, FZR) will be available at the Dealership for purchase.
This way, a player can not only RENT one, but also OWN one. (thats basicly the idea of purchasing, right?)

We were planning to have them for purchase, however not at the same performance level as the rented ones are since they are somewhat too hefty.
We would have come to a conclusion earlier but nobody really expected the LFS release so soon. I expect an outcome within the next 1-2 days.

It can kill TC and coping, like every other cruise servers allowing gtr's.
TC is still alive in part because its not a crazy gtr chaos and speed limits are kinda low.

I like this option more because gtrs beat the whole logic for tc no one would run from cops and the roleplaying will die
Maybe restricted GTR's won't break gameplay, but I have no idea about restriction values
I think a reduction is necessary in any case .. the performance should perhaps be adapted to the fz5

Even if performance will be same to FZ5, these cars will not like damage as much as FZ5 which to me looks like a disadvantage.
Also FXR will be a nightmare restricted or not lol.
I was wondering if insim can force the tyre width because now you can put really wide tyres on GTR's.
A forced intake restriction would sound better indeed.
Maybe such a percentage that they end up just a bit faster than the FZ5.
For instance:
Normal FZ5 has
269kw (360bhp) and 392nm
Power-weight ratio 195 W/kg
FZR with 15% intake restriction:
288kw (386bhp) and 416nm
Power-weight ratio 262 W/kg
I would suggest that the GTRs power should not be lower than the non-gtr version, since that wouldnt really make sense in real life, right? (please correct me if im wrong, im not that familiar with all the porsche models and stuff)
Agreed, this would be a happy medium between GTRs and no GTRs.
Perhaps have them as GT2 and GT3 cars? I don't know the values for those, but it would help people adapt their existing GT2/3 sets.

i hope not, it will fully ruin the fun for cops that aren't 100tkm yet, even if gtrs are limited same as fz5 etc.. it's OP class
Well, you know how much time people spend driving until they could afford their first XFR before. The new GTRs are even more expensive, so they have to wait even a little longer. I think the price-barrier is already enough and it doesn't need more restrictions.
