I can see he was holding his brakes after impact which certainly wasn't ideal. However, you are the one that smashed into him and you are the one that called him a "fukwit".

You had every opportunity to go left into the roundabout away from any traffic. You should also be respectful to people as they may be new. You'll be given a swear fine and I hope you take note for next time you're in a chase to drive a lot better than this.
